Hello

Here is my summer daily driver,

Tech:

1979 Vw Bus
Suby 1994 EA82SPFI
Kennedy Adaptor
Tom Shiels Harness
Busboy lowering kit with sway bar
Mexican beige Original westfalia interior(yeah new foams and Hair pads)
Myself:
Exhaust
Rad set-up and piping
Engine mount and hitch
Roof rack for the Coca cola cooler !

I enjoy my conversion is a joy to drive, penty of power for a baywindow, fuel efficient and reliable.

Hallo! great van, and a neat radiator set up too. Probably the best way to do it, if you don't mind haveing a fake wheel.

What's the thing sticking out, at the rear end of the van? Wink

You could use it as cloth rack, radio antenna or a bike rack Happy

Its looks ugly but its not negociable when you are a biker !

Nice, like the galvanised cooling pipes- did you get those made or are they just a standard pipe ?

I have the van since 5 years, its my third summer out of the garage and iths the first summer with the front rad installed, after more than 7000KM this summer I could confirm that it works flawless.

Pipes are EMT electrical conduct, its electroplated, probably not suitable for OEM components but I expect to have a good protection for few years for a summer driven van. On the other hand I have rusted hardware under the hood of my 2012 mini cooper... So OEM quality is questionnable.

I missed this one when I was looking around. It's a very tidy bus, I like the front radiator mounting - very neat pipework there.
