Because I completely changed thing around, my 1.9 TDI and t25 5 gearbox, code AAP, are for sale.
The TDI engine, combined with AAP gearbox gives the most basic conversion, mostly bolt on, with the longest standard gearbox available.
I choose to make life a little more difficult 
The TDI engine still is in a complet Golf 3 variant.
1100 euro for all of it. You will only have to pick it up in the netherlands:-)
