Guys girls...
I have a 69 beetle that has been converted to IRS with beetle stub axles...
Im going to be running a 091 box and want to use 100mm D/Shafts..
So I need to change to 100mm Stub axles on the arms either side..
Can someone advise what is involved and how easy/hard this is please
or even better someone with the parts available and 2 drive shafts would be great
Please help guys..
Unsure of how to do this atm... |

From the early N/A 944. The one with steel trailing arms and you use the 944 drive shafts too. Unless of course you want to go with the later turbo arms which will increase the rear track.
I got hold of a pair of 944 driveshafts from Douglas valley breakers for £60 including P&P. They came complete with cv's and the bolts too. They'll probably do you the stub axle too but by the time you've gone that far you may as well fit the disc brake set up too

im just using the stub axles so i can use the shafts,not to bothered about the slowing its the going im after

I used everything pretty much. I even intend to fit the ARB too.
@ Doppelganger
Off topic but I'm certain I'm running a similar setup engine to you. phaseI 2.0wrx td05 and Z4 ecu. I've heard this is similiar spec to an early sti. What injectors are you running?

not sure what you mean, but if you mean do the cv`s fit the 091 cups then yes
