Please can anyone help?!! I've bought a 356 super 90 from a mate of mine but the prob is it's in California. Has anyone tips, contacts or experiance of importing a car from there? as I am getting fed up trawling through the net and getting nowhere!! Any help greatfully appreciated.

look up a company called kingston (or kingstown) shipping, they ship a lot of cars from the US to Europe.

I can't help with shipping info but once you get it into the UK registering it is pretty easy. But first off get it here and fill in a NOVA1 form from the HMRC website within 2 weeks of it arriving. The DVLA will want this and there is a daily fine beyond the 2 week period.

I recently bought in a t25 from Europe so have half a clue about importing.

fcuk your going to need proof export from the states. Does it come with any documentation?
